• We received the 2015 IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology Outstanding Paper Award for our paper Connecting system identification and robust control for next-generation motion control of a wafer stage, Tom Oomen, Robbert van Herpen, Sander Quist, Marc van de Wal, Okko Bosgra, and Maarten Steinbuch, IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology, 22(1): 102-118, 2014. The award was given at the 2015 Conference on Decision and Control in Osaka, Japan on December 17.
